About
My Philosophy
Hi there! I’m so glad you’re here! Science shows that good nutrition and regular exercise directly contributes to a healthy lifestyle. But there’s a key ingredient we often forget about – taking care of our emotional and spiritual health. Finding balance in all areas of wellness is crucial.
My work centers around addressing a person’s mindset first. Our attitudes, beliefs and behaviors are usually the roadblocks that keep us from living our best lives.

Finding Lasting Quality of Life
I help older adults who are struggling to find motivation as they strive for better health.
Maintaining good health is a lifelong journey (for me too!). It’s hard. And it takes commitment. But, it’s never too late to adopt a wellness mindset, improve your health (even if it’s just a little), and change stubborn habits no matter what your age or stage in life.
What makes you excited about being your healthiest?

About Me
I work one-on-one with individuals who want to improve their health & well-being as they navigate the aging process. Using concepts drawn from psychology and behavior change, I help my clients overcome obstacles to maintain healthy habits for life. As an NBC-HWC, I adhere to the professional code of ethics upheld by the National Board of Health & Wellness Coaches.
I believe that each person I work with has the natural ability, creativity, resources, and tools to live their best life. I provide a safe and nurturing space for them – as I encourage them toward greater personal growth and better health.
I was blessed with good health in the early years of my life and I took it for granted. Further down the road after college amidst a demanding career and raising a family, my physical and emotional health suffered. And, I watched older family members develop health issues. I began to understand what true health and wellness really meant, especially when I started to show signs of aging myself. I was inspired to make changes to my lifestyle – so I’d have the opportunity to enjoy the good health, energy and quality of life I want in my later years. And, like everyone I know, I’m still a work in progress!
“I already know what I need to do. I just need to get motivated!”
