Easiest Green Smoothie Ever!

Cool off with this tasty green smoothie made with fresh spinach. Sub other greens if you like. Bonus: it's quick and easy.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (or omit if you like less sugar)
  • 1/2 mango
  • 6 strawberries
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or nut milk of choice

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Enjoy!
    Freezing your spinach, mango, or strawberries beforehand will make your smoothie cool and refreshing. Add flaxseed meal or chia seeds for an extra nutritional boost.
