Cool off with this tasty green smoothie made with fresh spinach. Sub other greens if you like. Bonus: it's quick and easy.
Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (or omit if you like less sugar)
- 1/2 mango
- 6 strawberries
- 1/2 cup almond milk or nut milk of choice
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Enjoy!Freezing your spinach, mango, or strawberries beforehand will make your smoothie cool and refreshing. Add flaxseed meal or chia seeds for an extra nutritional boost.
